Wrong Place - Wrong Plan - Irreversible Damage
The Forest of Dean District Council is trying to force a new town of 3,500 houses onto the remote countryside of Glynchbrook.
Together, we can stop it.
Our Mission

United Against Glynchbrook is a coalition of local residents, environmentalists, and community members dedicated to protecting Redmarley D’Abitot, Lowbands, and the wider Forest of Dean from unsustainable urban sprawl.

Our Purpose

We are not anti-housing; we are anti-bad planning. We exist to challenge the FoDDC’s Revised Draft Local Plan, which seeks to impose a car-dependent commuter town on a location with no infrastructure, high flood risk, and deep historical significance.

We are here to ensure that housing needs are met in the right places, not on our productive farmland.

Donate To The Fight...

We are hiring legal experts and planning consultants to challenge the Council’s flawed evidence base.

We cannot do this without funding.
